Registration and Abstract Submission in 3 Easy Steps:

Account and Registration Details
If you haven't registered with us yet, you are kindly requested to create an account (click here to go to sign up screen). You will be asked to provide an account name and email (with which you can later log in to the site again), as well as your gender, first and last name. Once you have created your account, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will automatically be logged in to the site.
When you create an account, you will automatically be logged in to the site, and you can proceed straight away to step 3, registering for the conference. When you leave the site and return later (on the same computer) you should still be logged in, unless security settings on your computer force logging out when you leave a site. In that case you can log in to your existing WCMHD account (click here to go to login) here, or by using the login button at the top of the screen or log-in box on the registration pages.
Once you have registered an account and are logged in, you have access to the Congress Registration form (click here to access the form). There you can fill out all your personal and organisational details, select a registration type and sign up for the conference dinner. You will then be asked to submit your abstract and author details for presentation (if applicable), and you will also be asked about any special requirements.
- On completion of the registration form you will receive a confirmation email with the details you submitted. - You will also be automatically directed to the checkout, where you can review and pay for your registration.
- If you save your form as a draft at any stage, just (log in and) go back to the form at at later date and you will find the data you filled out before ready to amend and complete.
Registering more than one participant
- Preferably, create an account for each participant separately. This has advantages for communication, allows each participant to log individually, and allows for individual payment.
- Alternatively, each WCMHD account holder can register up to three participants. Fill out the form once, submit when complete, and then return to the form for each additional participant, before completing payment. Proceed to and complete payment only after the last form submission.
Deadline for abstract submission is
30th April 2014 15th May 2014. You can of course still register for attendance at WCMHD after that date.
Exhibitors can fill out the dedicated exhibitors registration form. This will ask you for details on nature of your company/NGO, attendants, stand requirements and uploading a company/NGO logo.
Cancelation and Refunds
Notification of cancelation must be made via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
For cancelations of participation in the congress between 1st February and 30th June 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancelations received after 1st July 2014.
